Hello! I'm a newb here at Tempest. My character's full name is Fybrile Bardiche and I've been playing FFXIV since 1.0 launch. I have loved every single iteration of the game, and have been in testing since Alpha. Long past the point where I can't wait for this game to launch so I can start leveling my character again.

In brief, I have a few characters, but my main is currently level 30. I deleted him when I heard about 2.0 coming oh so long ago because I didn't want to ruin the relaunch and new plot. However, two major items in the game forced me to reroll him early: 1) the goobue mount, and 2) the suspicious disappearance of half-masks. I will level him quickly to 50 and be ready for raids and helping out the FC in any way I can shortly after launch.

IRL I'm the editor-in-chief of a small publishing house in Shanghai, China - I'm a Canadian living and working in the PRC for the past 5 years. I'm 12 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, which is perfect for me because I'm more available in the mornings than the evenings anyways. I will be popping the question to my girlfriend in September. My favourite things in life are writing, coffee, cigarettes, a good book, FFXIV and my Jeep TJ - in that order. I'm a mod over at FFXIVRealm.com, and have been preparing an Eorzean Newsletter which will go up soon, so check it out!

I hope to be able to focus on BRD, but will also level and gear up WHM and DRG for some versatility. I have an alt who's 50 PLD/WHM for emergencies as well. If I could describe what role I'd like to fill most in this FC, it's the dude what fills up the FC bank with crafting mats, gil and crafted weapons and armor. I'm happy being the team player.
